"Here at Southern Arkansas University we became involved with Priefert Rodeo Products and Priefert Complex Designs at the beginning of the design phase for our facility, Story Arena. The commitment and professionalism of the Priefert staff is unequaled in the construction and design of livestock facilities. They understood what we wanted and needed in the design, construction and fiscal constraints in building a multi-purpose arena. The working relationship we developed with the Priefert team is invaluable to this day as we continue to expand the facility and construct other livestock facilities on campus. The flexibility of our arena layout and the Priefert products allow us to host a multitude of events with minimal labor involved. We host professional, collegiate, high school and youth rodeos, livestock shows, concerts, circus events, weddings, clinics and safety seminars. Our main focus on the events we host are orientated towards youth, so the safety of the participants was a primary decision in the livestock equipment that went into the facility, with Priefert products you have that and functionality built in."
"The Expo Center of Taylor County hired Priefert Complex Design to help us put our dreams on paper. Glen Calvert met with our committees and staff numerous times over the course of a year to design two new facilities and modify a third facility. We had to take into consideration both stock shows and rodeos along with many team ropings, barrel races, stock horse shows and cuttings. Glen and his team worked very efficiently and economically, designing buildings that will not only modernize our facilities, but will take us forward many years. We recommend Priefert Complex Design to everyone thinking of livestock and equestrian facilities.”
"When we began planning and construction of the new equine complex at Texas A&M, (phase I is a $35 million project) we elected to utilize the experience and expertise of Priefert. The overall experience and knowledge they have in design and manufacturing of standardized as well as customized equipment is unequaled in the industry. Glen Calvert is a talented and knowledgeable designer and David Fillebrown is as experienced and knowledgeable as any person in this business. Glen and David's ability to work hand in hand with our architects and contractors has made their part of this project uncomplicated. They not only promise a good product, they deliver, on time, correctly designed and attractive. I would recommend them to anyone."
"I thoroughly enjoyed working with Priefert when designing our new covered riding arena. We wanted to achieve building a facility that could be used for our equine science classes while also having stalls to serve as a boarding facility and still having the ability to host clinics and shows. Glen Calvert and the Priefert team were able to work with us on designing a covered arena to fit all of our needs. They understood how to help the facility have good animal flow and people flow. We wanted little extras such as tack rooms with individual lockers for student tack, and they were extremely helpful in coming up with a design that would accommodate this. More than anything, I appreciated their extreme patience during the design and planning process and willingness to help us work within our budget. It was a pleasure to work with the Priefert team, and we are loving our new facility!"
"I have had the pleasure of working with Priefert Complex Designs on two iconic fairgrounds projects in Colorado - Howelsen Hill in Steamboat and Stanley Park in Estes Park. Priefert Complex Designs staff are excellent teammates that provide unique and creative solutions for planning and design, budgeting, consensus building and overall contributions to the creation of functional, flexible and one-of-a-kind projects. I would highly recommend Priefert Complex Designs and plan to work with them again in the future."
"I had the privilege of working with Priefert Complex Designs on the Texas A&M University Equestrian Complex. As a consultant to the design team, Priefert provided invaluable knowledge and expertise ranging from broad design concepts for handling, housing, training and showing horses to very detailed insight into devices, equipment and "footing". For what I believe will be one of the best equestrian facilities in the country, it is safe to say that it would not have reached that mark without the expertise of Priefert Complex Designs."
"We recently had the opportunity to work with Priefert Complex Designs as part of our Design Build Team on a New Equine Arena for the Texas A & M University tem in Commerce, TX.
We found them to be very professional and conscientious in their approach to his project and it was a pleasure working with them from the beginning to the ion of the project.
It is without any reservation that I highly recommend Priefert Complex Designs in any endeavor or capacity and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work ith them once again on a Design Build project."

We recommend Priefert Complex Design to everyone thinking of livestock and equestrian facilities."
"I strongly recommend that Priefert Complex Designs be your design and construction choice when it comes to knowledge, experience, having integrity and being trustworthy. PCD has been involved in developing our Master Vision Plan for a new Fairgrounds and 110,000 sq. ft. Multi-Purpose Event Facility that is located East of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Glen Calvert, P. E. General Manager and Structural Engineer for PCD, facilitated the site plan, building schematic design, and budgeting for this large Multi-Purpose Venue. He also took in consideration the citizens’ concerns, goals, and dreams for the community. Glen’s team approach has been successful in all aspects of construction."
"We're committed to providing the best and safest equipment for all our athletes, whether they're animals or humans. "Priefert does an extensive amount research prior developing and manufacturing their products. Their products are very durable and safe for contestants and livestock. Their design and efficiency is among the best in the world and their personnel are very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

On Priefert Expo Stalls:

The quality of Priefert equipment is matched with its' knowledgeable and accessible employees who are always willing to offer helpful and correct information."
"The Rooftop Rodeo has seen some very big changes over the past few years and remains one of the top PRCA rodeos in the country. We did a major overhaul of our arena by completing reconfiguring the layout and adding new chutes, gates and loading / stripping areas. When it came time to pick a partner, the answer was easy for us – we went with a great PRCA sponsor in Priefert Rode."
Priefert’s initial consultation was key to having a successful project. As with most rodeo committees, we had a limited budget to work with. The Priefert engineering team did an incredible job of laying out our complete vision with drawings that reflected our need to mix both new and old steel together. We used this blueprint to order what we needed, and once the new chutes and steel showed up Priefert put a field engineer onsite to work with our team to assemble the new layout. The end result is a new arena that the entire community of Estes Park is proud of, and we owe it all to the Priefert team.
Thank you, Priefert Rodeo, for both your quality steel and quality people!
